Good taste

Tastes good. Has some vitamins and minerals in it. Low carb so would be ok on a Keto style diet. High sodium - might be fine if you are working out, but if not, I think too high for a lot of people watching their sodium intake. Similar to other hydration powders I've tried before.

Taste is ok, but it really works!

This works very well for hangovers and for replenishing electrolytes lost from exercise or any heavy exertion. The taste is ok but not the greatest, however, given how well it works it's worth it. I definitely recommend it.
